Exploring, recognizing, and celebrating the symbiotic relationship between marriage and community
Andrew and Terri Lyke, who have been married since 1975, have spent more than 40 years in marriage ministry in the Archdiocese of Chicago and in dioceses across the United States. They are the founders of Arusi Network, which works to strengthen the institution of marriage in the African-American community.
Arusi Network focuses on strengthening marriage among African Americans. Their work promotes, supports, and encourages sacramental marriage among African Americans through programs, consultations, and collaborative initiatives. Distinguished by it's focus on community as stakeholder, Arusi Network highlights the symbiotic relationship between the marriage and the village.
